Inside, an LG gas range, a fully stocked kitchen, a 60" smart TV in the great room, and high-quality linens on every bed. The nearest beach access is just 0.7 miles away — an easy golf-cart or bike ride — and a walking and biking path runs directly across the street. Whether you're here for a family reunion, a golf trip, or a multi-generational beach week, the layout does the work so everyone gets their own space. The great room has a 60" smart TV and opens to the screened porch and sun deck. The lower level has its own lounge for gaming, movies, or just keeping the noise downstairs. Outdoor Large front yard and a spacious private driveway (FIPOA rules: no street or grass parking overnight). Large Weber gas grill sized for the whole group, plus an open-air outdoor rinse station near the garage entry — perfect for sand and salt before you come inside. Beach toys provided. Laundry — Two Full Setups A full-size washer and dryer in the dedicated lower-level laundry room, plus a stackable washer/dryer on the upper level. No hauling wet beach towels up and down stairs — a small thing that makes a real difference on a multi-family trip. Fees & Add-Ons Golf cart rental — fast 6-passenger electric cart, $65/day or $450/week. Available to add to your booking on Houfy under additional charges. Resort amenity cards — Required for pool, golf, and club dining access. Pricing varies by season and length of stay (typically range between $28-55 per person, ages 13+). The resort also adds a fee in addition to the cost of the cards, Resort surcharge — 12.8% calculated against the total base rent amount. Message us after booking and we will purchase these from the resort and charge you back. Booking Requirements & Good to Know Primary guest must be 25+. This is a quiet residential community and we enforce the age minimum on every booking. Owner's closet on the first floor is locked and not available for guest use. Golf cart is included with your stay only when the rental fee has been paid; otherwise it remains stored during your visit. Linens and towels included.
